Artist Wallid Raad, developed multiple alter-egos, in fact an entire fictional collective, which he entitled the Atlas Group. Under this guise, the artist produced a vast archive of texts, as well as audio and visual works that aimed to document the history of Lebanon, specifically during the Civil War.
